Abstract

In today’s rapidly evolving educational landscape, students often exhibit a lack of interest, low motivation, and decreased attention spans. Traditional curricular activities alone are insufficient to foster holistic development or sustain engagement. Co-curricular activities (CCAs) have emerged as a critical supplement, promoting mental, social, and emotional growth while enhancing academic performance. This study explores the multifaceted role of CCAs in stimulating interest, boosting motivation, and improving attention among students. It highlights practical strategies for implementing CCAs effectively in schools and discusses potential challenges and solutions.
